These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZMT Earn website and TikTok content publishing and analytics service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is provided in English for an international audience.
Who this Service is for
ZMT Earn is designed for content creators and studios producing content for international and overseas markets. It is intended for users outside mainland China who publish and manage their own content on TikTok. Your data is processed and stored on cloud infrastructure located outside mainland China (see our Privacy Policy).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting your TikTok account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ZMT Earn helps you upload, schedule, publish, and analyze your own content on your authorized TikTok account, through the official TikTok API. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms, including on behalf of any organization you represent.
4. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@ruiyue.site of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Connecting Your TikTok Account
The Service lets you connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow. By connecting your account, you authorize ZMT Earn to access and act on that account strictly within the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time.
Your responsibilities on TikTok
You agree to comply with TikTok's terms, policies, and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for the activity carried out through your connected account. You must have all rights necessary to the content you upload. ZMT Earn is not responsible for any action TikTok takes against your account, including suspension or removal of content, and your access to TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or any TikTok term, policy, or community guideline.
- Post or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
- Send spam, engage in artificial or inauthentic engagement, or attempt to manipulate platform metrics.
- Publish content to any account you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it.
- Scrape or misuse data obtained through the Service or through the TikTok API.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant ZMT Earn a limited, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, to upload and publish it to your own connected TikTok account as you direct. You represent that you have all rights necessary to Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third‑party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and logos, is owned by ZMT Earn or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any ownership or rights in the Service to you.
9. Third‑Party Platforms
The Service relies on and interacts with TikTok, which ZMT Earn does not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of TikTok, and your use of TikTok is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
10. Fees
If the Service offers paid plans, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and refund terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that any content will be successfully published to TikTok.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZMT Earn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZMT Earn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third‑party rights or platform policies.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
15. Changes to the Terms and Service
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved before the competent courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
