This Privacy Policy explains how ZMT Earn ("ZMT Earn", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use our TikTok content publishing and analytics service (the "Service"). The Service is provided in English for an international audience.
Who this Service is for
ZMT Earn is designed for content creators and studios producing content for international and overseas markets. It is intended for users outside mainland China who publish and manage their own content on TikTok. The Service is offered to, and used by, an international audience only.
Where your data is stored
Your information is processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure and data centers located outside mainland China (for example, in overseas regions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or other international locations operated by reputable cloud providers). Authorization tokens and account data obtained through the TikTok API are held on this overseas infrastructure, encrypted in transit and with restricted access.
1. Information We Collect
Information from your TikTok account
When you choose to connect your TikTok account and authorize access, we receive information through TikTok's official API, based strictly on the permissions (scopes) you grant. This may include:
- Profile information — your open ID, display name, username, avatar, and, if authorized, your profile link and bio.
- Account statistics — your follower count, following count, like count, and video count.
- Your video content and metadata — the videos and captions you upload through the Service, and performance metrics for your own published videos (plays, likes, comments, shares).
- Authorization tokens — which allow the Service to act on your behalf, only within the scope you approved.
We never collect or store your TikTok password. We only access data covered by the permissions you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time (see Section 5).
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — actions you take in the Service and features you use.
- Log data — IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To upload, schedule, and publish the videos you create, to your own authorized TikTok account, as you direct.
- To display analytics for your own account and published content.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To troubleshoot, improve, and develop the Service.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained through the TikTok API for any purpose other than providing the features you requested.
How we handle TikTok data
ZMT Earn accesses your TikTok information only through TikTok's official APIs and only within the scopes you authorize. We use this information solely to provide the features you request — publishing, scheduling, and viewing analytics for your own content. We store it securely on overseas cloud infrastructure, do not sell it, and do not share it with unauthorized third parties. Our use of TikTok information complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's applicable policies. You may disconnect your account at any time, and you can request deletion of the TikTok data we hold by emailing support@ruiyue.site.
3. How We Share Your Information
- TikTok: when you publish or schedule a video, we transmit it to TikTok on your behalf, as you direct.
- Service providers: trusted overseas vendors who help us host and operate the Service, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZMT Earn, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your account, we delete or de‑identify the associated personal data within a commercially reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Disconnect at any time: you can revoke ZMT Earn's access from within the Service, or directly in your TikTok account settings under connected/authorized apps.
- Access and correction: you may access and update your account information in your settings.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@ruiyue.site.
- Regional rights: depending on your location (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights such as data portability or objection to certain processing.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to authorization tokens on our overseas cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Because the Service is operated for an international audience, your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, on overseas cloud infrastructure. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
